SOUTH FLORIDA BUSINESS JOURNAL
Your Wedding Dance was recently
profiled in the November issue of the South
Florida Business Journal, a regional business publication.
The feature highlighted how YWD's mission is to make a married
couple's first dance memorable for all the right
reasons. Most importantly, the article illustrated how YWD is
positioning itself for growth in the multi billion dollar bridal
industry. With absolute success, YWD has expanded significantly
in 2002 by working with over 200 couples and projects many more
couples will seek its services in 2003. In addition, the article
touched on the expansion of the original concept beyond only
the bride and groom to include routines choreographed for an
entire wedding party.

SECOND TIME AROUND IS A
CHARM
When Rebecca and Bruce Brandywine of Tampa,
Florida renew their wedding vows on February 9, 2003, they’ll
have something they didn’t have the first time around
… Family, Friends and Dance! The Brandywines don’t
have photos from their first wedding. Instead, they have
memories of their hastily put together wedding with the
promise to have another in the future.
“We always promised one another that we would have
a second marriage if the time was right,” said
Rebecca. So in 2002 they began planning their wedding and
enrolled for a choreographed routine with YWD, traveling
over 300 miles each trip to take their dance lessons. As
if the distance wasn’t enough, they took a wrong turn
on one trip and wound up near Orlando! Their second journey
was also a challenge as they were detoured off the highway
and had to find an alternate route, en route. Perseverance
paid off and Bruce and Rebecca have a first dance performance
to Tonight I Celebrate My Love that their
family and friends will never forget. |
